What You Need to Know
You can count on us for fast and reliable shipping options that guarantee your orders arrive on time. Our delivery partners are trusted and experienced, so you can rest assured that your package is in good hands. All shipping and handling charges are based off of rates established by your local UPS and/or USPS office. Please allow up to 3 days for the tracking information associated with your tracking number to be issued upon receipt of your order being completed. On average, shipping time for skateboards can take 7-10 business days (based on distance, holidays, and weather pending). All other works may take 3-7 days also depending on aforementioned factors. Our Return Policy
(Can't Stress this ENOUGH)
As every piece is made to order and unique to the request of the customer, NO RETURNS will be accepted. REFUNDS will NOT be issued. I will take as much time as you need to assist you in creating the perfect piece together. Please, be as detailed as possible. If you would like to alter your concept or make changes, I insist that you reach out to me within 24 hours of your request and/or before payment has been collected via your invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, there will be NO REFUNDS issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. So, again, take the time to complete the commission form with the utmost certainty before submitting.
